Refund Policy

1. Project-Based Services

  • Once a project is initiated and work has begun, refunds are generally not permitted.
  • If the client requests cancellation before substantial work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and resource costs.

2. Training & Support Services

  • Refunds for training services are only applicable if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or partial attendance.

3. Performance-Based Refunds

  • In rare cases, where service deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon scope *and* corrective efforts have failed, a refund may be negotiated.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized software development, digital marketing campaigns in progress, and consultation hours are strictly non-refundable.

6. Dispute Handling

Clients can submit refund-related concerns through official support channels. Final decisions rest with Intern Choice’s operations team.
