Intern Choice – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These govern all services provided by Intern Choice.

2. Services Offered

Intern Choice offers professional solutions including but not limited to:

• Web & App Development
• Automation & Robotics
• SEO Optimization & Digital Marketing
• UI/UX & IOT Design
• IT Asset Management & Training
• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
• AI & ML Project Development and Services

Each project scope will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal before commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and necessary resources. Any delay caused due to incomplete inputs may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules and milestone terms will be defined per project.
• Late payments may incur fees or suspend service delivery.
• No refund policy applies once project work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

• Intern Choice retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property.
• Final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

All client data and project information will be kept confidential. We commit to data protection practices as per applicable laws.

7. Limitations of Liability

Intern Choice is not liable for indirect damages or third-party service failures. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Service Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may change based on complexity, client feedback, or unforeseen challenges.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. Work completed until that point will be billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under local jurisdiction.
